Kim Arellano spent 19 years in the high-tech industry working her way through force, this
will, sales and talent from administrator positions through sales positions and finally as a regional director of sales for a multi-billion dollar tech company.

As Kim progressed through her career she found that she had a growing interest in tackling a difficult problem she observed in her corporate tenure— a lack of understanding in how to nurture top talent. As a leader she often felt there was a better way to secure even more corporate success that embraces the human potential to be highly effective, cheap
but found that most training in this area was only superficially helpful.

Kim first joined Pathwise as a client and she quickly found that the program had the right tools and format to help individuals truly understand how to develop human potential and put together a first class organization.  During the process, Kim realized she had a calling to help others develop their true potential in many facets of life. She achieved status of Pathwise Certified Adviser and Instructor.  Kim has a degree in Human Services Management and is currently working to complete her Masters of Psychology.

She is a wife and a loving mother of two wonderful children, President of Snoqualmie Valley Women in Business and serves on several non-profit boards. In addition to the human brood, Kim is an avid horsewoman and started a non-profit canine rescue organization.  She is a model to her children and to others who, like many of us with serious responsibilities, is courageous enough to follow the calling to serve others.
