Night on a Dark Trail starts at the East parking lot of the Trailside Building located at 35131 SE Douglas Street
(three buildings down from the Snoqualmie Police Station) in Snoqualmie Ridge.

Haunted Trail – 4th Grade/10 Years and Older
(Parent common sense advisory ~ scary scenes and dark trail. Bring a flashlight.)
Hay Maze – Try not to get lost!

She wanted to share findings on low-libido in women and aks for participation in a survey to gather more study data on how women are effected by past sexual trauma, emotional feelings and forgiveness. We also talked about the changing season and ways to prepare your body for optimum healthy this winter season.

We welcomed Steve Windom to the show today. He is the Community Relationship Manager for the American Cancer Society in King County. We talked about recruiting and motivating volunteers! He also told us about a great awareness event; King County Making Strides Against Breast Cancer held on Sunday, October 9th at the Downtown Bellevue Park. There will be lots of great interactive booths and tables where participants can get info about healthy lifestyles, cancer prevention and all of the American Cancer Society’s programs and services, local resources and other events. .

Kristin Klein joined us again today to talk about her harrowing experience in Uganda the last 2 months. She told us heartbreaking stories of what she found and was not prepared for. We had the beautiful Heather Ryan on the show today to talk about friendship, community and battling cancer. She was joined by Mary Miller, her best friend and angel.
